Mainco Action Line is designed to ensure we deliver our customers with fast and effective solutions.

Linked to our onsite customer service centre, Mainco Action Line is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

ONLINE SERVICE MANAGEMENT

Mainco Group has a web-based service management module which provides Capability for customers to view the status of their jobs and create new jobs directly in CMMS via a web browser, giving them 24 hour access, 7 days a week.

This gives immediate access to information within Mainco’s Customer Service Centre as and when required.
