Mainco Facility Support Services is one of three major business units within the Mainco Group specialising in developing tailored and dependable facilities support services.

Our approach is to deliver the bulk of our services using our own infrastructure and approved specialist sub contractors. By using a combination of directly employed trade staff and specialist subcontractors we are able to provide customers with a consistent, flexible, responsive service at competitive prices.

This approach coupled with our multi-skilled administration team allows us to provide extensive experience in the management and delivery of all building services requirements.

Mainco Facilities Support Services offers solutions to both public and private clients across a diverse range of market sectors including; defence, retail, schools, government buildings, data centres, telephone exchanges, commercial buildings and recreational facilities.

In consultation with either the client direct or facility manager Mainco Facility Support Services design customised preventative and reactive maintenance solutions that are incorporated with the clients’ business objectives.

By understanding the specific needs of the business and the role of the assets involved we are able to design a personlised service that manages risk and improves asset availability and reliability while providing an overall reduction in costs.
